Grandma’s Original

This quilt is a special one. This quilt was designed with the true meaning of made just for me.. The design from this special piece came from looking at quilts that belong to friends and persons in passing alike. I learned that it was showed off the thought was what really counted. In viewing, I could see the pride in each person’s eyes as was confirmed that grandma really made it with love. There was very little consideration of perfection and dimensions used. She got out all her old scraps; she put them together and made it. It was a gift from her heart.
